You don't have to have your blog and youtube on the same screen. To do this, all you have to do is have youtube open in one window and your blog open in another. Click on the Embed box on the youtube page where the video is on the youtube page. Copy this code, by right clicking and selecting copy. Then, go back to the window where your blog is and paste what you've copied into a new blog post. You can paste by right clicking again, and selecting paste.
